What this service is

Find My Medication helps you see what pharmacies near you have reported about medication availability, and lets you ask a pharmacy to confirm before you travel. It is an information and messaging tool, not a pharmacy, not a dispenser and not a healthcare provider.

What it is not

It is not medical advice, and it does not replace your prescriber or pharmacist.
It is not an emergency service. See the medical safety page.
It does not sell, ship or dispense medication. Membership payment is for access to the service only.

Accuracy

Availability information comes from pharmacies and is only as current as their last update. We show a timestamp and a confidence level for every record, and we mark anything older than 48 hours as not known. We cannot guarantee that an item is in stock when you arrive.

Pharmacy names, addresses, phone numbers and opening hours come from OpenStreetMap, a public directory maintained by volunteers. It is real but not guaranteed complete or current: a listing can be out of date, and some entries have no phone number or hours at all. Where a detail is missing we say so rather than fill the gap. Availability exists only where a pharmacy has joined the service and reported it.

Requests and confirmations

Sending a request asks a pharmacy to check and reply. It does not reserve anything. We describe an item as confirmed only when pharmacy staff have said so, and every confirmation carries an expiry time. A pharmacy may decline, or may be unable to honour a confirmation if circumstances change.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
Do not use the service to obtain medication for anyone else without their knowledge.
Do not attempt to access other people's requests, or any pharmacy administration area you are not authorised for.
Automated scraping, bulk requests and abuse of the request system are not permitted.

Free trial and membership

Essential membership starts with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the payment method supplied at checkout €4.99 and Essential renews monthly at €4.99. Complete costs €8.99 per month, starts immediately without a free trial, and unlocks every feature. The features included in each plan are shown before checkout. You can change plan or cancel from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already made are not automatically refunded except where required by law.

Pharmacy accounts

Pharmacy accounts are created by us and linked to a single verified pharmacy. Staff using them agree to keep availability information honest, to confirm only what they can genuinely hold, and to treat requests as confidential health-related information.

This is a development build. It may change or be unavailable at any time, and no service level is promised.
